DR. DELEEUW: Rhinoplasty, or a nose job, or a nasal surgery, has always been one of my favorite operations. It requires a lot of artistic talent and fortunately I think I’m pretty good at doing rhinoplastys. You have to be able to visualize how the skin is going to adapt to the changes that you make under the skin. It isn't always a good idea to make somebody’s nose small or to turn the tip up. Sometimes you might have to make it longer or bigger. Rhinoplasty is just a very interesting operation and one that is becoming increasingly popular again.
