DR. DELEEUW: One of the thing I try to do for all my patients is give them a relatively pain free recovery. For breast augmentation that means atraumatic surgery. That means that the space that's made for the implant is done in such a way that things that lead to pain and discomfort are eliminated. I make a great effort to give patients a comfortable recovery from their breast augmentation surgery.
