DR. DELEEUW: Some women have really big breasts to the point where they're actually a problem for them. They can actually get pain in their shoulders, they get pain in their back, they get rashes under their breasts, and they can't wear their clothes, and fortunately there are excellent operations to deal with that. They're called breast reductions. What's done is the nipple and areola are moved up on the chest. They still stay attached to the patient, and breast tissue is taken out, and the breast is reshaped, and it’s made smaller, and the patient satisfaction is very high with breast reductions.
